Bedrooms:
- This villa boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms are on the first floor.

- The two bedrooms on the first floor has a balcony attached.

- Extra mattresses can be provided upon request.


Living Room:
- The living room offers comfortable seating for 5 people on a sofa.

- A smart tv is available in the living room for your entertainment.

- The living room has a 6 seater dining table.


Bathrooms:
- The villa boasts 3 bathrooms, each bedroom is attached with a bathroom.

- Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels.

- Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability.


Kitchen & Meals:

- The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier.

- Cutlery and crockery are readily available for use.

-food menu available, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with caretaker in advance.

Outdoor Area:
- The Villa has an outdoor lawn with a seating area and tea estate view.

- A 360 view of the tea estate and surrounding areas is visible from the terrace.
- A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). No heating or cooling devices shall operate.

- Complimentary WiFi access is provided.

- 2.1 woofer music system.

- Mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests if needed.

- Barbecue and Bonfire facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost.


Other Important Information:
- The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals.

Please take note of the following rules to ensure a pleasant and safe stay at our property:

1. Respect our Space: Please take care of our property and furnishings. Any damage or spoilage due to vomiting, etc. will be charged heavily.
2. Be Considerate: Maintain decorum and behave responsibly. Avoid loud noise, fights, and any other behavior that may cause disturbance to our neighbors, including the nearby army camp and villages.

- To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house.

- Please note that the props seen in the images are solely used for staging and photoshoots.
